Shipping Policy

We can currently ship to any address in the United States and Canada.

USA
We currently charge $5.99 for standard shipping.
We offer Free Shipping if you spend $60 or more.
Depending on your location, delivery may take between 4-7 business days from when the order is processed. If you place the order after 12pm, it will be processed on the next business day.

CHRISTMAS CUT-OFF DATES:

Please note that our cut-off dates confirmed by our courier for Christmas are:
- December 13th for standard shipping
- December 19th for expedited shipping

These dates are meant as guidelines and are not guaranteed unless stated. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions affecting parts of our fulfilment network etc.) may delay your orders. Please note that our last order dates are based on normal conditions so in exceptional conditions it might happen that your order arrives after Christmas despite you ordering before the date provided.

 

CANADA

We currently charge $25 for standard shipping.
We offer Free Shipping when you spend over $100.
Depending on your location, delivery may take between 7-30 business days from when the order is processed. If you place the order after 12pm, it will be processed on the next business day. 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means that you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you. 

UPS & FedEx suspended DDU/COD payments in Canada
Due to COVID-19, UPS and FedEx cannot take physical payments in Canada. If your order gets held at customs, you will need to check the tracking information of your order to see if you need to be creating accounts on the carriers's websites to pay for the DDU online and release your parcel for delivery (instead of being able to pay cash at delivery).

Cancellation Of Your Order

Unfortunately, because of the high volume of orders we are receiving, it is impossible for us to cancel an order after it is placed. 

 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order for a full refund within 15 days after receiving the products (except for Sale Items and Bundles. Please note that, in case of damages during transit, we will need pictures of any damaged products).

At this moment, we can only accept returns within the United States. We are unable to process returns for orders that are not directly purchased on curlsmith.com
To return your products, please contact our Customer Care with your Order Number at: hello@curlsmith.com - we will provide you with a return label and confirm the exact next steps.

If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your expense.

SALE ITEMS & BUNDLES
Please note that Black Friday and Cyber Week, Sale Items and Bundles are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@curlsmith.com and we will arrange it.

MISSING PRODUCTS
Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. If your order is taking longer and you believe your items may have been lost in transit, please notify us within 20 days of your order date. If our tracking system indicates they have not been delivered, or have been lost in transit you will be eligible to apply for a refund or replacement.

If our tracking system indicates your items have been delivered safely we unfortunately can not offer refunds or exchanges.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
